In choosing an Endodontist to handle your dental implants or root canal therapy, your confidence in the skill and experience of the doctor is one of the most important factors in making your choice. Dr Jack Isaacs, a “Preceptor Trained Endodontist,” is a pioneer in the field of Endodontics, bringing more than 35 years of experience to helping his patients. One reflection of Dr. Isaacs’ ability as an Endodontist is the fact that many of the dentists in Southern Alameda trust not only their patients, but their own teeth to Dr. Isaacs’ expert hands.
As part of his career-long commitment to being on the cutting edge of Endodontic Microsurgery, Dr. Isaacs has completed a special dental implant surgical residency at NorCal Implant. Dr. Isaacs was also one of the first practitioners in the country to work with the placement of dental implants to save teeth instead of just using them to replace teeth.
It is a widely accepted fact in Endodontics that the best procedures are performed using microscopes. Prior to his Endodontic career, Dr. Isaacs spent two years as a research scientist in nuclear microscopy at Tracer Labs in the San Francisco Bay area and brings this advanced skill with microscopes to his work with his Endodontic patients.
A graduate of the University of California at Berkeley, Dr Isaacs received his dental training at the UCLA School of Dentistry. Following this, he completed an internship in Endodontics in the United States Air Force preceptorship on endodontics (Preceptor Trained Endodontist).
